This course is a 10 day Introduction to Hospitality.
Currently this course is available in the Taranaki and Rangitikei.
DURATION
The course length is ten working days.
OUTCOME
At the end of this 10 day training programme, trainees will be able to put an apron on in any restaurant and serve tables in a productive and efficient manner.

• Intro to food safety
• Intro to beverage service
• Intro to espresso preparation
PRE - COURSE REQUIREMENTS
A New Zealand restricted driver licence is preferred, but not necessary.
There is a required standard of dress.
